Clean up the DVD pile with a great cabinet
I've bought and put together other media cabinets before for non-media uses (the narrow ones make great bathroom cabinets and hold a ton of stuff.) This time, though, I really needed a cabinet for all my DVDs. Many of them are rare and hard to find, and I didn't want to just put them on alternate media and do away with the DVDs themselves.
The Simpli media cabinet seemed like it'd fit the bill. It's small but big enough to hold a substantial number of DVDs, and the color fits in perfectly with my decor. The quality is nice, much like the media cabinet I bought several years ago. As usual, the directions are awful, but if you've done the cam thing before (how you screw the product together), you'll figure out how this works.
It took several hours, including my own little addition: I added four L-brackets to the back, one at each corner, to provide extra strength and stability.
It's a fine looking piece, easily holds dozens of DVDs on adjustable shelves...
