Cheaper version of the Kartell Componibili storage units, with some drawbacks
I received and set up this unit. It came unassembled (despite what the description said), but assembly is trivial and takes only 2 minutes. You just stack the pieces together.
This seems to be made of somewhat cheaper material than the Kartell stuff, but not horrible. One advantage of doing the assembly is that you can easily change the orientation of the two compartments - for some reason I needed the two doors on opposite sides of the unit. (In contrast, the Kartell Units come fully assembled and wedged together to the point where you cannot pry them apart anymore.)
However, the assembled unit seems less sturdy, and you can take it accidentally apart by just lifting the unit - there is no mechanism to lock anything in place. Door movement is also not as smooth, but this could get better with time. Finally, there are no feet or casters or rubber rim included, so the hard plastic of the unit rests directly on the floor.
