although we like the style of the fireplace, and the size is perfect, we have had to order this item three times. every time we receive it, it comes in damaged. we sent the first two back to the manufacturer, and even though this last one came in with a slight crack in the mantel and a broken bulb, which had to be replaced, we decided to keep it. we did contact you asking for a discount on the item , because of the condition, but did not get a response.
