(1) South Shore Step One Collection 4-Piece Bedroom Set, Black (bed frame with headboard, nightstand and 5-drawer dresser)
(1) South Shore Step One Collection 6-Drawer Triple Dresser, Black

1) 6-Drawer Triple Dresser: packaged with incorrect front panels for all three right side drawers. Customer Service contacted and scheduled (3) replacement front panels for shipment, which were received approximately one week later. Paperwork indicated (3) shipped but only (2) received. Second contact resulted in receiving the third panel...ALMOST THREE WEEKS after initial assembly.
2) 5- & 6-Drawer Dressers (multiple drawers): Tacks designed to hold drawer bottom panel are insufficient to sustain weight causing the panel to separate from the drawer frame. Additional screwing and gluing was required to repair...
