Nice high quality mattress - cargo delivery needs improvement
I've been using this Serta Canyon Ridge Plush mattress (queen size) for about one month now. My control group is my other fairly new mattress which my family purchased a few years ago - a Simmons Elite Palisades Park Plush Firm pillowtop (also delivered via mail).

These are both nice high end / high quality mattresses. Of course at the end of the day mattresses are subject to alot of personal preferences - some people like firm mattresses, some soft, etc etc. My observations/opinions on the Serta Canyon Ridge:
~Firmness - I will say that this Serta Canyon Ridge does strike a nice balance between plush and firm - the description says "plush" but in my opinion it is on the firmer side and certainly firmer than my Simmons Elite (probably because my Simmons has a thick pillowtop). I do find the Serta to be a comfortable sleep.
~Pillowtop / Coolness - this Serta does not have a traditional thick pillowtop like my Simmons Elite. Rather the Serta does...
