NoT a quality product, avoid

This is NOT a quality product, at all. After a few days of owning it 2 of the beams that hold the mattress in place snapped and the poles that hold it in place cracked. I'm not a heavy man, and my lady friend isn't either. We weren't doing anything in the bed that any God fearing man isn't accustomed to. I contacted the company the next day and requested they ship replacement parts ASAP as the bed can not be used in its current state. They were very nice and said they would ship them free of charge however it has now been almost 10 days and I have received nothing. The price isn't worth having to put the product together AND having to go through this. I can't really think of a positive thing to say about the product, find somewhere else to buy your bed.
