Great quality wood bookcase!
I purchased this bookcase in solid white (as opposed to white MDF) for my daughter's room. It appears to be made mostly from wood, as opposed to composite material, and is very sturdy. It came fully assembled and I like that there are no visible fasteners, hardware or raised buttons to cover fasteners as the hardware is hidden and integrated into the design. It has a nice painted finish, not laminate, which seems very durable and not easily chipped. The stationary shelves are tall enough and deep enough to accommodate her books, even larger ones, without having them hang over the edge. The compact size is good for a child's room without taking up too much floor space or being too tall for a small child to reach all the shelves. The quality of this bookcase greatly exceeded my expectations! The only complaint I have is with the fact that it was offered as an Amazon Prime item, but I did not receive it until one week after the date of purchase, even though I am a Prime member! Since...
