IT LEAKED right though to the couch when my cat urinated on it

IT LEAKS RIGHT THROUGH
I bought this in June since my cat was having urinary issues and it fit very nicely (and easily) on my couch. 10 days ago my cat urinated on the couch and it soaked through the seams and onto the actual cushion. Cat pee is impossible to fully extract and now the cushion is unusable. If your intent is to prevent cat pee from getting on your furniture, it does NOT work.
I e-mailed this company the next day and still have not heard from them. I tried again two days ago and the company would not take my e-mail so now I have to go through Amazon to check it out. I will update this review if I hear from anyone.

We designed the Sit and Stay Couch Protector to stay in place to protect your couch when your dog jumps up onto the couch, or down from the couch, or paws and scratches to nest.
