Ordered from Amazon 7-29-11; Shipped on 8/5 by Home and Living which trades on Amazon; Delivered to the house by CEVA (cevalogistics.com)on 8/10. Buyer does set-up, which is simple. Bed arrived in perfect condition. Extremely well packaged. The bed is sturdy,well detailed,has an excellent finish, and is both bold and beautiful. It definitely makes a statement and enhances the entire room.
All aspects of the transaction were trouble free. I had a question about delivery so I e-mailed Home and Living on Saturday. On Sunday I received a thorough response and a note to get back to them if I had any additional questions.
I could have purchased this bed for less with another on-line company. However,I
went through Amazon because (1)I knew if I had a problem with the trader, Amazon could assist, (2) The cartage company (CEVA) has a good reputation.
