This product was/is absolutely perfect for my needs. Just moved into a new home out in the country w/hardwood floors etc. Product was a great color/style match at a nice price. Easily n quickly assembled. (Did/do have 1 chair that was uneven - put a 'slider' on it n now good to go. That said:

Original shipment arrived w/table being broken. Notified manufacturer. Immediate and positive response to my complaint. Replacement was delivered faster than original order. (Course there were major weather issues at this time. Terrible road conditions.) Manufacturer was fantastic.

IMO the problem is w/shippers. Boxes arrived beat up at the get go. Replacement arrived w/a slight 'ding.' I'll live w/it. Again = Shippers!!
